About HelloStreet

HelloStreet exists because projects that change a neighbourhood deserve a better conversation with the people who live there. We build one place where organisations reach every neighbour, answer every question and keep their promises visible.

Why we build HelloStreet

Most projects that change a street, a district or a landscape are not stopped by their plans. They get stuck on the relationship with the neighbourhood: people who heard about it too late, questions that went unanswered, promises that were forgotten when the team changed.

At the same time, the work of informing and involving neighbours is often scattered across letters, spreadsheets, mailboxes and the memories of a few people. HelloStreet brings it together, so that a good conversation with the neighbourhood is easier to have and easier to prove.

How we work

  • Plain language. Everything neighbours read should be clear to everyone, not only to people who know the procedures.
  • AI that proposes, people who decide. HelloStreet drafts and sorts, but nothing is sent to a neighbour without a team member’s approval.
  • Everyone in the zone. A letter reaches every address, also the people who are not online.
  • A record you can show. What was asked, answered and promised is kept, so it can be reported honestly.

Who is behind HelloStreet

Made by the Ziggu team

HelloStreet is made by Ziggu, which has been building communication software for construction and real estate for nine years. With Ziggu, developers keep their buyers informed, from the sale until long after handover.

With HelloStreet, we turn that view outwards: to the neighbours, the street and the town around a project. The same belief remains: technology should help people really talk to each other, not replace them.
